What’s inside Elderly+

Three parts that work as one

The brain

Learns your parents’ normal, spots what’s different, and decides who to call: family, doctor or nurse.

The eyes

CareEye

A camera at home that notices falls, missed medicine and visits. It runs on the device and sends events, not video.

The voice

Meddy

Always there, in Hindi and English. Reminders, check-ins and company, with no phone needed.

A day with Elderly+

One ordinary Tuesday at home

Meet Ramesh ji (“Papa”), 78, in Ghaziabad. His son Rahul lives in Pune. Metty does the noticing and organising; the family and care team do the deciding.

  1. 7:30 am
    Metty

    Papa is up

CareEye notices he’s awake. Meddy says “Good morning, Ramesh ji” and asks how he slept.

  2. 9:00 am
    Papa

    Medicine, in one tap

He taps “I took it” on Simple mode, and the smart pillbox confirms it. No reminders to chase.

  3. 9:15 am
    Metty

    BP synced, all normal

The BP cuff sends 128/82. Rahul’s app shows a calm green “Papa is doing well”.

  4. 10:30 am
    Rahul

    Books a check-up from Pune

A video call with Dr. Mehra at 11:00. It waits for Papa’s yes.

  5. 10:31 am
    Papa

    “Yes, that’s fine”

He sees the booking in plain words and big buttons, and says yes. He could just as easily say no.

  6. 11:00 am
    Dr. Mehra

    Three cities, one call

Papa, Rahul and the doctor on video, with Hindi captions. An AI scribe writes the notes; the doctor signs them.

  7. 1:10 pm
    Nurse Sunita

    Visit confirmed, no selfies

CareEye matches her arrival and departure to the booking. Rahul sees it the same minute.

  8. 5:30 pm
    Metty

Noticed early, told the right person

His walk is slower than his 30-day normal. Metty tells Dr. Mehra first, not Papa, so nobody is scared.

  9. 9:00 pm
    Metty

    Two lines, every night

A short summary of Papa’s day for the family. Nothing to open unless something needs you.

Questions

Questions families ask

My parents don’t use a smartphone. Will this work?

Yes. Simple mode has four big buttons and reads aloud in Hindi. Meddy, the voice companion, works with no phone at all, and CareEye and their devices work on their own.

Can my parents see what I do?

Yes. Everything the family does shows on their phone. Bookings and screen changes wait for their yes. If they don’t answer, nothing changes and you are told.

Is there a camera watching them all day?

No one watches. CareEye runs on a device in their home and only sends events, like “Papa is up” or “possible fall”. The app shows shapes, not faces. Live view needs their tap, except in a confirmed emergency.

Who decides what I can see?

Your parent. They choose what each person in the circle can see, such as reports, vitals or bills, and can change it any time.

What happens if Metty gets it wrong?

Anything clinical goes to a registered doctor first. For emergencies, a person is on the line within 60 seconds, and Metty never tells anyone to “wait and see”.
